If your product was damaged due to shipping or production errors, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving the product to initiate the return process. We will either provide you with a replacement product or issue a full refund, depending on your preference.
To ensure a prompt and efficient return process, please provide clear photographs of the damaged product and packaging, along with a detailed description of the issue.
Once we receive the returned product and confirm its condition, we will issue a refund to the original form of payment, minus any shipping and handling fees.
We strive to process returns and refunds as quickly as possible, but please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
